Ingredients
- 0.75 oz. George Dickel Recipe No. 1 Whisky
- 0.5 tbsp. Bitter Italian Aperitif
- 2.25 tsp. lemon juice
- 2.25 tsp. honey syrup (equal parts honey & hot water)
- 2 dashes orange bitters
- 1.5 oz. dry sparkling wine
Preparation
- Combine all but sparkling wine in cocktail shaker.
- Shake and strain over ice.
- Top with sparkling wine.
