George Dickel Signature Sour

INGREDIENTS

• 1.25 oz. George Dickel Signature Recipe

• .5 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice

• .5 oz. Simple Syrup

• Egg White (optional)

PREPARATION

• Add all ingredients to a shaker tin. (If using an egg white, first shake for 10 seconds without ice).

• Add ice and shake for 10 seconds until chilled.

• Strain into a coupe glass and serve.
